What age to men get serious?

&& what i mean is when do guys actually want to get serious an stay with one women..? im 19 years old not saying i wanna settle down an have a family..but im tired of all the guys that just want an never call back or wanna hangout again.? i hear from alot of people that im a beautiful girl an deserve better then all of the guys i have ever been with an that they are just immuture, well when do they actually grow up..? it might just be me an the guys i have chosen to see, but geez it sure gets annoying..i feel lonely sometimes an just want someone to hold me an cuddle an just love me ... is that too hard to ask for..? i think i might give too much an be too nice of a person.. but i just wanna be happy ..everyone says you need to just wait they will come..but it never seems to happen..i put myself out there an alll the wrong guys come :/ help any advice would be great! em i gonna have to wait till im 40, to find the right guy?
