Is this my first period?

Is this my first period or a yeast infection? first off im 13 years old. i went to the bathroom and noticed brown stuff in my underwear it wasnt just one spot it was spread out in skids. It was farther up in my underwear than i had presumed. its not to thick and a little sticky. so what is it thnx for all the help.
