My dog pants then poops in the house does this mean she is pregnant ?

We want puppies she is older and my other dog is fab cute so they will have great looking pups. Not selling them just making a legacy for our grown children. Don't care about the spay nut snip hippies out there our dogs have it all. Vet said it was too early to tell when we talked I don't want to get another dog other than our so if your a nut hippie who has an agenda bite me.
