What happens if a sophmore in highschool misses the PSAT?

Im really sick, I have a stomach virus and I dont think that I will be able to recover by the morning. If I do feel better I will go but if I dont I will probably stay at home. What are the consequences of missing it. And I think I could retake it next year.
