Bs 180 ollies Skatersboarders help plz!?

ok so i learned fs 180s but they dont even come off the ground when i do them like they pop and everything but my board doesnt come high likemy normal ollie but like i land them....soi tryed bs 180s and they come like as high as my ollies he board ALWAYS lands behind me likeidk wht im doin wrong can someone plz help
