Bathing my 3 mo. old puppy!?

Okay, so I'm going to give my puppy, chloe, a bath tomorrow. Chloe HATES getting baths, so when she's in the ink, she always tries to jump out..that I can deal with. But the main problem is, is when i go to blow dry her, ( i was told if you didn't theyll get sick) she goes CrAzY. She absolutely hates the blow dryer, sooo she makes it impossible to blow dry her. My question is, is there any way to dry her without blow drying her?? And if I let her air dry, will she get sick? (My house isn't cold or anything) Orrr should i just deal with it and blow dry her. Thx!
