How long does it take for YA to act on dozens of very serious continued complaints about one abuser?

How long does it take for YA to act on dozens of very serious continued complaints about one abuser, a minor YA user impersonating another YA member and making libelous allegations of illegal ual acts against an adult YA member. How many complaints do think will have to be tendered before YA acts? 10? 20? 30? more? (YA's correcting it is simple, unplug the connection at the computer)
