Where can I buy weird and unique decorations for a music venue?

I'm opening a music venue and want to decorate it uniquely. Some ideas are I want like a large bear (like one that you'd see at mini golf)that I can put a mohawk on and maybe a strap on and paint him. Maybe also like an evil gnome looking lawn ornament or some overweight mannequins. Anybody know of anything remotely cool like that?
