I need some help losing weight!!??

It seems you're doing numerous kinds of work out. It's ok but you must take note that you need other set of food when you exercise hard. Vegetables, lean meat, eggs, brown rice, wheat and oat bran, and dairy products like milk and cheese are considered as healthy meal perfect for your diet especially when you're exercising. You can avoid this unwanted fats by having a healthy eating habit. A rigid work out like stomach crunches and sit ups can help in losing some fats in your belly.
