Moon Conjunct Pluto Orb ?

I know that a 0-10 degrees is allowed for a conjunction between the sun/moon and an inner/outer planet. However on astro.com it doesn't show that both planets are conjunct. So therefore a conjunction would be allowed for moon/pluto. Most astrologers also use and orb that is in between 8-10 degrees, especially if the sun/moon is involved. The orb i am talking about is +9. Does anyone think this is effective for the moon/pluto conjunction to work ? And i would like your thoughts and interpretations on it- thanks
