How can i get rid of thrush?

iv suffered from recurring thrush for about 2 years, ill treat it and it will come back..just recently it will come back a day or two after treatment, i live in my pj's at the moment because its uncomfortable to wear trousers, i think i keep getting it because it gets so warm because the top of my legs are big, it seems to run in the family but im the only one who suffers from thrush, how can i get rid of it and be able to feel good in my clothes again.
