2000 Plymouth Neon, driver's side door pannel seperated from the frame, wont unlock...any ideas? ?

the clips have come loose on the door panel, as for the door not actually opening up that will be in the latch part of it,try going in from the other side and use the inside handle to release it with,then take the panel off and see if the rod has came loose on it that happens to those sometimes,good luck and happy thanksgiving,enjoy it.
